Ashley Wyatt is extremely popular and well known in the dance community and has won numerous awards for best choreography, best direction and scholarships to teacher training workshops. Most recently her work was presented at the Small Plates Choreography Festival and she was awarded an RVA Dance Award for Instructor of the Year and Best Lyrical Choreography. Dancers, parents and other teachers just love her! I was thrilled when Ashley asked me to photograph the talented and beautiful company dancers at her own studio, Momentum Dance Center located in Ashland, Virginia. She wanted teacher and company headshots, group pictures and also pictures showing the talents and skill of her company dancers. Midlothian Mines Park was the perfect backdrop to meet all her needs. Loved working with her dance studio and capturing her dancers in action!!
